OmniCall does a wonderful job. These virtual receptionist services are greatly needed in our line of work. We’re so grateful we don’t have to worry about grabbing every call and we know the receptionists will be sure to contact us immediately for any emergencies with our tenants. We have been using OmniCall since August of 2008. We demand a great deal from our receptionist services due to the nature of our business – emergency plumbing and drain cleaning service. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. To top it off, our supervisors? on-call schedules change daily. OmniCall has done a great job keeping up with the changes.
